Meet Jelena

Born in Belgrade, Serbia, educated in London, UK, and now rooted in NYC, USA, I bring a rich tapestry of cultural insights to my work, shaped by diverse experiences across continents. With a focus on transformational leadership development, executive coaching, culture change, and social-emotional development, I specialize in supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through growth and evolution.

With a foundation of 15 years in consultancy, executive search, and HR, I made a natural transition into coaching, fueled by a fervent desire to empower individuals to realize their utmost potential. Over the past 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients across continents, each interaction offering valuable insights into myself. Accredited by the ICF and recognized as a fellow at IOC at McLean, Harvard Medical School, I’ve refined my skills through rigorous training at esteemed institutions like the Coach Training Institute and the Center for Right Relationship.

My academic background includes a BA in International Relations and an MA in Advertising and Public Relations from UCK in England. Committed to fostering inclusivity, I hold a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and am certified in Leadership Circle Profile 360.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I cherish life in NYC with my two boys and a husband who inspire me to continually push beyond boundaries, both personally and professionally.
